As a man navigating life in the Bay Area, you might be facing unique challenges. You might be feeling overwhelmed and pressured at your job to perform. You might feel stressed about your relationship or dating. And you might be worrying about sleep issues or health. 

Anxiety and stress can feel overwhelming and hold you back from being the person you want to be in the world. You might not feel like you are doing enough, making enough, or that you are enough. I understand these challenges as a man, and how you might feel alone in it all.

My journey to becoming a therapist started with my own struggles with anxiety over 15 years ago. Discovering the field of psychology, mindfulness meditation, and having therapists and mentors of my own, led me to a path of healing.

I am passionate about mindfulness and self-compassion practices. I believe that we can learn to be kind and compassionate to ourselves, and learn to live a life based on our core values (rather than what others want us to do).
