Hello and welcome. I'm Michael. For men, there is often a stigma around seeking help. We're told to figure it out ourselves, and suffer in silence. As the founder of Men's Therapy Directory, my hope is to change that.

My philosophy is that any "weakness" can be leveraged into a strength. In fact, our shortcomings and fears are often a gateway to growth and empowerment.
As a former professional athlete, I learned how to tough it out. This was not always a good strategy! I soon discovered that talking to a counselor improved my game and my overall quality of life.
Today, I help men in the areas of anxiety, career, life transitions, and sport performance. All my services are online. I also offer online counseling in Florida at Men's Counseling Florida
and in Wisconsin at Madison Online Therapy.
