The people I work with tend to be ones who feel that they are lacking in some way. This includes high achievers who struggle to find meaning in their achievements, as well as late bloomers (failure to launch) who feel lost in how to realize their potential. The common thread tends to be self-doubt, self-criticism, and a desire for life to be less complicated and more intuitive.

I help my clients get to the root of their problems to achieve lasting change. I do so by creating a nonjudgmental and honest environment that allows you to say what you need to say. We can work together to better understand your emotions and make them feel less overwhelming and confusing.

Difficult emotions will still hurt, but the relationship to them can change. Instead of avoiding or distracting yourself from difficult emotions, you can allow this pain to inform how you want to proceed. There may be a newfound willingness to address conflict and how it impacted you, or a willingness to let it go and not feel obligated to defend yourself. There is an invaluable freedom in choosing how you want to respond to your emotions, rather than having your emotions automatically choose for you.
