We have long said that the personal is political and, thus, the political is personal. What is becoming more and more clear in this Age of Anxiety is that the Psychological is Political. 

Whether it is the politics with our inner self, our relations, our work or our increasingly traumatic culture it is essential for our own growth and health that we be able to explore our emotions and experiences. Our work together provides the set and setting for that journey. 

Often we as men get to the point of asking ourselves, “is this all there is?” or tell ourselves, “I am tired of the pain, the separateness, the loneliness.” It is at this moment that we are open to our vulnerability, our desire to grow and uncover ourselves outside the expectations and accomplishments of life.

I work with men through various parts of the life cycle. I am and always have been politically aware and involved in community, electoral, non-profit politics and how we are interdependent parts of our world—psychologically, spiritually, biologically and politically.
